A founding member and Past President of the Specialty Coffee Association of India (SCAI), he has played a pivotal role in shaping India's specialty coffee movement and continues to champion collaboration across the coffee value chain.

Matin has spent the last five years exploring coffee as a passionate home brewer. In 2026, he represented India on the World Brewers Cup stage, competing alongside the world's best brewers. His journey reflects a deep commitment to precision brewing, continuous learning, and specialty coffee.

Faaez Mohammed is a coffee entrepreneur, educator, and founder of First Crack Coffee Roasters. With over 12 years of experience, he is dedicated to advancing Indian specialty coffee through education, roasting, beverage innovation, and community building. His philosophy of "Coffee Democracy" champions coffee by the people, from the people, and for the people.

Ryutaro Yoneyama leads HARIO's business across Southeast Asia from its Singapore hub, having previously served as International Sales Manager at HARIO. A century-old Japanese heatproof glass manufacturer best known for its coffee and tea brewing equipment — including the widely used V60 dripper — HARIO ASIA under his regional leadership manages import, export, and sales across the ASEAN market.

Ajay Girish Redij is a Certified Q Grader with 10 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry. His expertise includes sensory judging at national events like the Barista Championship, AeroPress Championship, and National Brewers Cup, visual judging at the Indian Latte Art Championship, quality management, roasting, blending, and buyer engagement. He organizes and coordinates CQI and SCA courses, and consults with multiple Indian coffee growers to elevate cup quality — leveraging global coffee standards and real-world insights to deliver industry-relevant learning and mentorship.
